All persons are encouraged to attend and participate (where designated) in meetings of the Calexico

Unified School District Board of Trustees. Please fill out the form available at the door, and submit to

the Secretary of the Superintendent prior to the meeting. Your comments will be heard (with no action

taken) under the designated section of this agenda. For all presentations, the presenter will limit his or

her presentation to five (5) minutes. Public comments will be limited to ten (10) minutes total, and

each Board Member will limit his or her comments to three (3) minutes. Each presentation, including

public and Board Member comments, shall not exceed twenty (20) minutes. For the record: state your

name, title, whom you represent, and the agenda item you are addressing. You are not allowed to

make personal attacks on individuals or make comments which are slanderous or which may invade

an individual’s personal privacy. The District will not respond to your comments at this time. Your

questions, concerns and/or input will be referred to the appropriate Department.

The Calexico Unified School District, in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)

Written materials relating to an open session item on an agenda for a regular meeting that are

distributed to a majority of Board members after the posting of the agenda, and distributed within 72

hours before it is to consider the open session item at its regularly scheduled meeting, will be

available for public inspection in the Office of the Superintendent located at 901 Andrade Avenue,

Calexico, CA 92231, during normal business hours (8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.). Such written materials
